CIRCULAR VIBRATOR MACHINE SERIE CD
Trowal circular vibrators are universal fi nishing machines which can be utilized for treating a wide range of different parts. The CD machines are employed for aggressive deburring and radiusing
(edge breaking) as well as for high gloss polishing of delicate work pieces, i.e. their applications range from aggressive cut down all the way to generating pre-plate surface finishes.
All Trowal circular vibrators can be utilized as cost effi cient “stand-alone” units. However, they can be easily automated allowing their integration into interlinked, fully automatic manufacturing systems.
The CD circular vibrators are equipped with an internal separation system consisting of a manual or pneumatic separation flap and an easy-to-exchange built-in separation screen. Main characteristics
of the Trowal CD vibrators are their robust, sturdy design and their competitive pricing.
Customers can choose from 7 different models with work bowl volumes ranging from 110 liters up to 1,200 liters.

Trowal rotary vibrators can be used for finishing the surface of a wide variety of work pieces and for all kinds of different processing objectives. Their applications range from aggressive deburring
and edge radiusing all the way to high gloss polishing of delicate work pieces, i.e. from aggressive cutdown to generating perfect pre-plate surface fi nishes. Trowal rotary vibrators are used not only
as economical „standalone “machines but can also be integrated into interlinked, fully automatic manufacturing systems.
Trowal rotary vibrators of the model range CM do not have an integrated separation device. Typically,
CM vibrators are mainly used for finishing the surface of large and delicate components. The CM range consists of 6 models with work bowl volumes from 110 up to 1,000 liters.
CIRCULAR VIBRATOR MACHINE SERIE CF E CB
Trowal rotary vibrators are truly universal mass finishing machines that can be used for a wide variety of work pieces and finishing objectives. Their applications range from aggressive deburring and
edge radiusing all the way to high gloss polishing of delicate work pieces, i.e. from intensive cutdown to generating perfect pre-plate surface finishes. The competitively priced rotary vibrators of the model range CF offer the user high operational efficiency combined with maximum cost effectiveness. Customers can choose from seven (7) different models with work bowl volumes ranging from 100 to 1,800 liters. Equipped with an internal pneumatic separation device, the CF vibrators are easy to operate ensuring a smooth and safe finishing process. The vibratory motor is equipped with two (2) rotary speeds. This guarantees an optimum finishing process and efficient separation of the fi nished work pieces from the media.
TURBO MACHINE SERIE TT25 E TT45
Compared to vibratory surface finishing equipment the Trowal Turbotron centrifugal disk finishing systems offer a more than 10 times higher grinding performance. Turbotron machines are mainly

The centrifugal force of the rotating spinner (60 – 250 RPM) accelerates the media / work piece mass and pushes it up the inner wall of the stationary work bowl. With the diminishing kinetic energy gravity forces the media and work pieces to slide back onto the rotating spinner where the centrifugal force accelerates
TURBO MACHINE SERIE TT –SM
these are pivoted TT-systems with an integrated screening machine and media hopper. When the centrifugal disc fi nishing process is complete, the system pivots by 135°, whereby the mass of chips and work pieces are transported onto the screening machine, where they are separated and the media also classifi ed. When the system pivots back into the processing position, the chips slide back from the media hopper and automatically reload into the work bowl.
TURBO MACHINE SERIE TT -A/2C
The tandem version consists of two processing units (work bowl/spinner combination) but only one intermediate hopper and separation unit. It offers significant advantages for applications requiring long finishing times but only short separation cycles: The
finished batches from both processing units are – one after the other – transferred to the intermediate hopper/screening machine for separation of the finished parts from the media.
The drag finishing systems developed by Trowal represent a
special technology for surface finishing of:
• high-value and delicate components
• parts with many contours and complex geometry
• extremely hard materials which are diffi cult to machine

LINEAR VIBRATOR MACHINE SERIE TFM
Tub vibrators with their rectangular work bowl are ideal for finishing mid size to large parts, even, depending on the size of the work bowl, very large parts. Normally, the parts are placed into the work bowl loose where they are freely rotating within the processing media.
Parts which cannot touch each other during the process because of the risk of part impingement are either clamped with special work piece fixtures, or they are placed individually in separate processing
chambers in the work bowl created by special dividers.
LINEAR VIBRATOR MACHINE SERIE TMV
Tub vibrators with their rectangular work bowl are ideal for fi nishing mid size to large parts, even, depending on the size of the work bowl, very large parts. Normally, the parts are placed into the
work bowl loose where they are freely rotating within the processing media.
LINEAR VIBRATOR MACHINE SERIE AV
linear continuous flow vibrators, type AV, have been specifically designed for continuous loading and processing of the parts to be finished.
AV vibrators consist of a trough-type, rectangular work bowl. They are especially used for
• processing of robust mass produced parts of small and medium size (stampings, die-castings, etc.)
• deburring and grinding of mid- and large-size components (engine and pump housings, oil pans,
cylinder head covers…)
MACHINE SERIE MV
The vibrators of the MV model range are the ideal machines for fine grinding and polishing of delicate work pieces with intricate shapes and contours. This vibratory machine excels in consistently
producing highly homogeneous surface fi nishes on work pieces with complex geometries and, for example, very thin, fragile ribs. Even diffi cult to reach corners receive a perfect fi nish. MV machines can be fully automated and easily adjusted to the most sensitive and delicate finishing tasks.
TUMBLING MACHINE SERIE A
Rotary barrels generate the most gentle media/part movement among the different types of mass finishing equipment. Subsequently, rotary barrels produce extremely smooth surface finishes with finely radiused edges. They are ideal for processing small to midsize batches of parts requiring an excellent finish with low Ra readings. Of course, rotary barrels are also ideally suited for high gloss polishing.
BARRELS MACHINE SERIE E5
The low cost E 5 barrels are highly economical systems for the finishing of pocket-size batches of small mass produced parts for which a standard vibratory machine might be too big. E 5 barrels
produce an excellent, extremely fi ne surface fi nish and are ideal for treating very small precision engineered parts used in the computer, optical and other industries.

ROTARY DRIER MACHINE SERIE DLT
After most mass fi nishing processes the finished work pieces must usually be dried. Trowal DLT rotary drum driers allow the gentle, stain-free drying of the work pieces with heated drying medium
consisting of maizorb (corn cob grit), ground up walnut shells or small hardwood cubes.
HOT AIR BELT DRIER MACHINE
The Trowal BF-HL belt driers are using hot air for this drying process. Belt driers are ideal for handling
• delicate work pieces that must not tumble over each other during the drying process
• work pieces with narrow holes (e.g. drilled holes) where drying media might get lodged
• for long and voluminous work pieces
